Jesse W. Baker 83 of Richmond went home to be with the Lord November 7, 2018 at his residence.
He was born January 3, 1935 in New Lebanon, Ohio to Ralph and Beulah Jones Baker and lived here before moving to Arizona for 35 years and returning to Richmond in 2017.
He worked as Production Manager for Trotwood Trailers in Trotwood, Ohio and in construction for Picerne Development in Arizona. He was a member of the Living Faith Church of God and the Loyal Order of Moose receiving the Fellowship degree.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years Jane, six children Sherry Taylor, Randy (Kim) Baker, Chris (Gloria) Applegate, Lynn (Steve) Brinker, Becky (Tad) Fitzpatrick, and Leisa Baker, thirteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, one brother Jim (Meta) Baker, one sister Wilma Hickerson, nieces and nephews.
Jesse is preceded in death by one son Steve Harrison, two grandsons Matthew Wright and Joey Brinker, two brothers Kenny and Bob Baker, and one sister Wiladean Mahaffey.
