Jon E. Adams, age 81, of Orlando, Fla., passed away Monday, March 6, 2017, at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born December 28, 1935, in Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania. He is the son of the late Earl and Marjorie Adams.
He attended Muhlenberg Township High School and graduated in 1953.
He retired in 1998 after 42 years of service for the Allentown Cement Company.
He is survived by his wife, Kay; daughters, Lyn Lewis and Kim Adams; sister, Barbara Meck; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Brian; one great-grandchild, JasmineMarie.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2017, at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, OviedoChapel. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando. Arrangements entrusted to Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Oviedo Chapel, 501 E. Mitchell Hammock Rd., Oviedo, Florida 32765.
