Jean Anne Rodgers passed away on February 15, 2017. Born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Adam and Amelia (nee Hensyn) Neukum, Mrs. Rodgers was a successful real estate agent working for Priscilla Murphy and VIP Realty. Jean enjoyed spending time at the beach, cooking, going on cruises, and traveling especially with her sister, Ruth. She loved to plan parties for her friends and being a member of the Red Hat Society. She was an avid bridge player and crossword solver. She loved being with her family and helping anyone in need.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Hugh Byron Rodgers, loving son David Byron Rodgers, sister Ruth Marie Phelps, sisters-in-law Catherine Belt and Marilyn Anikis. Her eldest son, John Michael and her daughter, Kimberly Jean, predeceased her by a mere 4 months. She also leaves behind 34 nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Jean's life at St. John XXIII, 13060 Palomino Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33912 on Friday, March 10, 2017 with a memorial service at 10 AM.
