Sage passed away. His story is heartbreaking and we need to keep sharing to make this right! His will to live and strength to drag himself home cannot be in vein! The reward is now up to $60,000. Social Media is very powerful. With this type of reward maybe someone will come forward with information regarding Sage.

Someone took their time to torture him. (Horrific Details & Photos have been removed) The pain and fear Sage must have endured is unimaginable. Only a monster would take the time to hurt an innocent animal. I really hoped he would pull through so he would feel love again! His will to live and find his way home is unbelievable. I'm so heartbroken for him!

It's one of the worst abuse cases The Humane Society of Utah has seen. They encourage people to keep their cats indoors. Let's get his story out there and hope someone finds this large reward enticing.

Anyone with information about who might have injured the cat is asked to call Davis County Animal Services at 801-444-2200 where tips can remain anonymous, or John Fox, HSU chief investigator, at 801-261-2919 ext. 210.
