Healdton - Mr. Robert Glenn Vaught, 65, of Healdton passed from this life on Wed. Mar. 8, 2017 at his home in Healdton. He was born on Feb. 21, 1952 at O'Donnell, TX to the late Mr. Glenn O. Vaught and Mrs. LaVerne R. (Flowers) Vaught.
Robert was raised in Hobbs and Eunice, NM. He married the former Ms. Cindy Hunt in 1970 and to this union they were blessed with a beautiful daughter named Tonya Louise. Robert moved to Oklahoma in 1980 where he enjoyed life. He loved his roosters, fishing and riding the back roads. Robert always lived a very simple life and never had a bad word to say about anyone. He would give anyone the shirt off his own back.
Preceding him in death were his Parents; a special nephew, Todd Barber and a grandson Conner Dunn.
Survivors include his Daughter Tonya of Carlsbad, NM; special niece who was like a daughter, Mandi "Mandez" Tidwell and her spouse Ty Hammons of Ringling; sisters, Cynthia Barber and husband Larry of Ratliff City, Celia Vaught and LaVonna Vaught, both of Conroe, TX; grandchildren, Kyler Madron, Kessa Dunn and Corbin Dunn of Carlsbad, NM; special nephews and niece, Jay Campbell, Koby Tidwell and Destinee Wofford; special friends, Corky, Anita, Stormi and Cody; numerous other family and friends.
Cremation Services are under the direction and care of Alexander Gray Crematory of Ringling..
