Nina Belle Taylor, 95, passed on Friday after a brief illness. Born April 9, 1921, she married Kenard Taylor in 1942. Nina retired from GE. She spent many hours gardening and baking her homemade cinnamon rolls. She was predeceased by her husband; children, Joyce (James) Graham, Barbara (Carl) Bovay, and David Taylor; and siblings, Claire Taylor and William (Shirley) Taylor. She is survived by her son, Kenard (Sharon) Taylor; brothers, Melvin (Priscilla), Angell, George (Kia) Angell; sister, Emma (Bill) Rolls; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, March 15, at Watson Funeral Home, Central Square, from 4-5 PM, with a service to follow. A reception will be held at Hastings Fire Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice in her name.
