DAVENPORT — Funeral services for Joanne Sullivan, 81, of Davenport will be 11 a.m. on Saturday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary. Inurnment will take place at Davenport Memorial Park at a later date. The family will greet friends on Saturday from 10 a.m. to service time at the Mortuary.
Cunnick - Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
Joanne passed away on March 7, 2017, at her home in Davenport.
Joanne Annette Asmussen was born on Sept. 4, 1935, in Davenport, the daughter of Elmer and Vlasta (Stipek) Asmussen. She was married 64 years to Gerald Sullivan on July 11, 1953, in Davenport. Joanne graduated first in her class from Davenport High School in 1953. She worked as office manager for Sullivan Electronics. She was a member of St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church, Davenport and a member of the Quad-City Bicycle Club.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald of Davenport; sons, David and Steven, both of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be made to St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Scott County Humane Society.
