He was born in Erie, the son of the late Leo and Julia Mikrut Fetzner.
Mr Fetzner graduated from Lawrence Park High School, class of 1957. He served in the US Army and was employed as an injection molding press operator at various plastic plants. He was a dental technician apprentice at a local dental lab.
Mr Fetzner was a model train enthusiast and made rubber stamps. He was an avid square dancer with Tangle Foot Squares.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Veronica Fetzner.
Survivors include three daughter, Melissa and Deanna Fetzner, and Theresa Tripp and her husband Norman, all of Erie; a sister Mary Kimmy of Greene Township; six brothers, Leo, Edward, Paul, Vincent, Michael, and Joseph Fetzner; two grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
