Funeral services for Linda Lou Boyer, age 70, of Bonham, TX will be at 11:00am on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel Bonham, TX. Bro. Mark Posey will officiate; interment will follow at Lamasco Cemetery. Mrs. Boyer passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX.
Linda Lou (Jarrell) Boyer was born on September 25, 1946 in Indiana to John and Dorothy M. Jarrell. She married Clifton Boyer in Bonham, TX on December 6, 1963. Linda worked for Bonham State Bank for 31 years as a bank officer and for 4 years with Fannin Bank as accounts manager and is the Church of Christ faith.
She is survived by husband, Clifton Boyer of the home; son, Tim Boyer and wife Roza of Bonham, TX; daughter, Tammy Jeffries of Bonham, TX; and grandchildren, Blake Herpeche and wife Bekka of Plano, TX; Jarod Jeffries of Bonham, TX; and Kevin Boyer of Bonham, TX. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Long and brother, Tommy Jarrell.
Serving as pallbearers will be Sydney Andrew, Roy Lee Caffey, Juan Sewell, Jr., Randy Brazier, Tillman Bostic, and Dwain Stephens.
Family visitation will be at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home Bonham, TX on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 6-8pm.
