Danny D. Gregory of Sarasota, Florida and formerly of Warsaw, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Florida at the age of 75.

He was born on June 29, 1941 in South Whitley, Indiana to Preston and Dorothy (Kennedy) Gregory. He was married to Roberta Gregory, who survives.

Danny, along with his wife Roberta, have owned and operated Subway Restaurants in Warsaw, Milford, Nappanee, Syracuse, Bremen and North Webster, Indiana for the past 25 years. He has also owned several race car teams and was recently inducted into the Warsaw Speedway Hall of Fame. Danny was also an active supporter of Our Father’s House in Warsaw and always wanted to give business advice to those that wanted to start their own business.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Roberta Gregory; daughter, DeeDee (husband Alex) Moseley (Venice, Florida); sister, Judy Vickers (Ft. Wayne, Indiana); two grandsons, Darren and Carter Moseley (both of Venice, Florida). He was preceded in death by his parents, and his son, Darren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana.

His funeral Service will be conducted on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Rob Seewald. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Leesburg Cemetery in Leesburg, Indiana.
