GARLAND — A. F. Jones, 72, died Tuesday morning. He was an Atlantic Coastline Agent for 52 years and a member of Garland Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Annie Mae Outlaw Jones; one daughter, Mrs. J. Ll Pulley of Goldsboro; one son, A. F. Jones Jr. of Selma; three sisters, Mrs. H. B. Underwood of Tifton Ga., Mrs. Jesse L. Britt of Lumberton and Mrs. W. L. Humphrey of Red Springs; one brother, John S. Jones of Lumberton; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Garland Baptist Church by Dr. R. F. Marshburn, pasto,r assisted by the Rev. C. A. Hinton. Burial will be in Garland cemetery.
