She worked at Kentucky Pants Company in the past and on the family farm.
She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church and W.M.U.

Two sons: Jeff Scott (Teresa) and Gary Scott (Diane); one daughter: Michelle England (Charlie); one daughter-in-law: Judy Scott; eight grandchildren: Moria Painter (Brett), Kelton Scott (Connie), Ashley Holleman (Chad), Luke Scott, Alex Pennington, Cole Scott, Emily England and Nicholas England; four great grandchildren: Meghan Scott, Ella Painter, Carolena Painter and Laurel Holleman; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of extended family members and friends.
