Survivors: wife, Helen; sons, Marshall W., Baltimore, John A., Salem, Va.; stepdaughters, Mildred Proffitt, Jessie Sills, Clermont; 12 grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Forest City.
