Harold Polk, 77 of Fort Smith, went to meet his Heavenly Father March 4th, 2017.
He was born April 1, 1939 in Branch.

He is survived by his loving wife Juanita of 57 years and was the father of four sons: Dean Polk and wife Marissa, Bryan Polk and wife Kim, Mark Polk and wife Tanya, and Tim Polk deceased. He is also survived by one brother Ronnie Polk and wife Glenda, thirteen grandchildren: Jared, Caleb, Christen, Kenneth, Loretta, Amber, Coral, Hannah, Jonathon, Michaela, Matthew, Abigail, Hadassah, and twelve great grandchildren: Jaxson, Braylon, Shannon, Tucker, Jessica, Timothy, Lily, Kodi, Ian, Kason, Leelynn, and Evelynn.

He is preceded in death by his parents Dallas and Eva Polk, and his siblings: J.W. Polk, Donald Polk, Rex Polk, Ruby Graham, and Imadee Carr.

He was a member of Northside United Pentecostal Church where he served as a professional peanut brittle salesman. He was retired from Ironworkers Local Union 584. He was loved by all and never met a stranger.

Funeral will be Wednesday March 8, 2017 at Northside United Pentecostal Church at 2:00 with internment at Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola. Pallbearers will be Jared Polk, Caleb Polk, Jonathon Polk, Tucker Phillips, Mark McGuire, and Randy Tackett. Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren and great grandchildren
