Mr. Ernest Anderson Patterson, 90 passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at his home.

Born October 2, 1926 in Charlottesville, VA, he was the son of the late Ernest Earl Patteson and the late Ruby Anderson Newman Patteson.

Mr. Patterson was a veteran of the United States Navy who proudly served his country during WWII.

He graduated from the University of Maryland and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Prior to retirement, he worked for the United States government as a Management Information Specialist.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Bordeaux Patterson of Surfside Beach; his sister, Frances Swinson of Arlington, VA; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
