Donald Wright Bryan passed away at the age of 82 in Houston on February 19th, 2017. Don, as he was known to his friends and family, was born in Centerville, Iowa on February 16th, 1935, to Celia and Chester Bryan. During his childhood, he was active in the Boy Scouts organization, eventually attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. After graduating from John H Reagan High School in Houston, he attended Texas A & M University as a honor student in the field of Engineering, and a member of the Corp of Cadets. Following his graduation, he served in the United States Air Force from 1956 - 1959. Upon returning from the Air Force, he enjoyed a long career as a Mechanical Engineer in many entrepreneurial endeavors.

A memorial serivce celebrating his life will be held at Chapelwood United Methodist Church on March 10, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
