Winfield G. Seiler, 60, of Ashland, brother of Edward Seiler, Shamokin, died in Hamburg Hospital where he had been a patient for six weeks.
A native of Lavelle, Mr. Seiler lived in Ashland most of his life. He was a son of the late Augustand Henrietta (Strunk) Seiler. Mr. Seiler was a carpenter.
Surviving are the widow, the former Margaretta Pitts, of Girardville; two brothers, William Ashland, and Edward Shamokin, and four sisters, Mrs. William Yoder, Reading, Mrs. Bertha Dillman, Allentown; Mrs. Herbert Wolfgang, Collingswoo, N.J.; and Mrs. Mary Fox, Ashland.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon from the Kull Funeral Home, Ashland.
