Grace was the cherished mother and friend of Carol Kenning Hurlbut and her husband Ivan Lewis Hurlbut of Kitchener and much loved Nana of Ian Lewis Hurlbut and Catherine Kenning Wittke and her husband Rob. Survived by one sister, Catherine Stickley of Oregon.
Predeceased by her parents, Catherine Gibb and James Alexander Kenning and her husband, Wm Carl Tyack: six brothers and two sisters. After Carl's passing she became administrator of a Long Term Care Home, Parkwood Manor, in Waterloo. She was an active and involved member of Trinity United Church Kitchener, ON.
