Theresa Louise Ball, 55, of Bardstown, formerly of New Haven, died Friday, March 3, 2017, at Bardstown Healthcare & Rehab. She was disabled. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was born Feb. 21, 1962, the daughter of the late Ray Sherman “Jim” and Shirley Ann Ice Ball. She was a beloved sister, niece, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.
She is survived by five sisters, Ann (Jimmy) Downs of New Hope, Janie Wilmouth of Icetown, Lisa (Wayne) Hamilton, Peggy (Ronnie) Reinle and Chrissy (Kevin) Fenwick, all of Bardstown; four brothers, John Ray Ball of Hodgenville, Charlie (Darlene) Ball of Icetown, Eddie Ball of Bardstown and Mikie Ball of New Haven; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Monday, March 6, 2017, at the William R. Rust Funeral Home Chapel, 167 N. Main St., New Haven, with the Rev. Bruce Nichols, pastor of the Rolling Fork Baptist Church in Lyons Station, officiating. Burial is in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Bardstown.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2017, and 9-11 a.m. Monday, March 6, 2017 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations for the Guthrie Opportunity Center in Bardstown; the American Cancer Society; or the Riverview Cemetery in New Haven.
The William R. Rust Funeral Home in New Haven is in charge of arrangements.
