Jessica Rosemond Carroll of San Antonio, loving and devoted mother and wife, died February 25, 2017, at the age of 93. The youngest of nine children, she was born in Clinton, Oklahoma to Dust Bowl farmers John and Nora Tackitt. Jessica enjoyed many years of traveling the world, living in the Midwest, Alaska, and Europe as the wife of a member of the Air Force's Strategic Air Command. Jessica was a member of Nekodah Temple No. 44, Daughters of the Nile. She was also a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Beta Sigma Phi, Red Hat Society, San Antonio Conservation Society, and Order of the Eastern Star.
Preceded in death by daughter Joan Quintana and the love of her life for 55 years, CMSGT Frank T. Carroll.
She is survived by four sons, nine grandchildren, several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She will be missed.
