He was the son of Anthony and Esther (Cook) Evans, who survive in Lima.
Also surviving are four sons: Anthony, Jr., Adrian Talee, Andre Marquise and Kamden Jay Cook, all Lima; two sisters: Brandi Evans and Devona Evans, both Lima; and seven nieces and nephews.
Deceased are paternal grandparents, Albert and Frances Evans; and maternal grandparents, Harry T. and Dorothy L. Cook.
He had attended Lima Senior High School and had a big heart for Ohio State Football, “Go Bucks”. He had been employed for 15 years as a cook at Texas Road House. He was a loving son, brother and great Dad to his children.
Services will be at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel, with Rev. Robert Tomey officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
