Willie Frank "Bill" Barker, 77, died on March 2, 2017 in Ragland, Alabama. He retired from USCO after many years of employment. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Harvey Barker; brothers, Wiley and Bob Barker; sister, Geri Barker; and grandson, Wiley Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, three daughters and three sons-in-law, two sons and one daughter-in-law, brother, two sisters, eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. March 4, 2017 at Usrey Funeral Home, Pell City, Alabama.
