AGE 84 YEARS
Arthur H. Todd, of Jersey Shore, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at Susque View Nursing Home, Lock Haven.
He was a son to the late Arthur W. and Margaret C. (Adams) Todd. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Carolyn M. Engel, on June 18, 2009; they were united in marriage May 11, 1963; and two brothers, Daniel and William Todd.
Art honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. For 40 years, he worked at Conrail as an engineer. He loved spending time outdoors, but his greatest love was his family.
Surviving are a son, Timothy H. (Angela) Todd, of Jersey Shore; daughters, Teresa (Dale) Rupert, of Jonesville, Va. and Catherine M. (Payton) Martinez, of Minnesott Beach, N.C.; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas R. (Delores) Todd, of Jersey Shore and Clyde A. (Doris) Todd, of Hughesville; and sisters, Margaret A. Scheesley, of Jersey Shore and Kathy J. (Bob) Bertin, of Avis.
Burial will be held in the Jersey Shore Cemetery with full military honors conducted by the Jersey Shore Honor Guard.
