Dear grandmother of Dylan, Hayden and Brennen Peroutka, Ryan and Erika Lawhon. Sister of Dot Wisniewski, Marty Smutek, Jr. and the late Helen Mengele and Theresa Peroutka. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
