Our beloved Mark S. Porter, age 48, a resident of Austin, was called to his eternal home by our heavenly father on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
He was dearly loved and will be missed by his family and many friends. Mark, we love you, and your memory will live on in your handsome sons and beautiful grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Porter.
Mark is survived by his wife, Melissa Porter; sons, Michael Porter, Jason Porter; daughter-in-law, Crystal Porter; grandchildren, Emrie and Andon Porter; in-laws, Miguel and Delia Hernandez; mother, Donna Porter; sister, Gail Porter; and his DHL family.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Rodriguez, Leon Hernandez, Louis Garcia, James Tapia, Keith Brenk, Pete Gonzales, Elaine Thomas and Carlos Castro.
Services will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home 2620 S. Congress Ave.
Burial will follow at 1:30 pm at Assumption Cemetery.
