Allen Glen Armitage, 82, of Perrysburg, OH, formerly of Haskins, OH, died February 28, 2017 at his home. He was born October 27, 1934 to Glen & Marjorie (Murdock) Armitage.

Allen worked for 30 years at LOF in Rossford as an Overhead Crane Operator. He was baptized at and attended the former Haskins Federated Church. Allen enjoyed working in the yard and woodworking. He was an avid duck hunter and golfer.

He married Rita (Davis) June 9, 1956 in Waterville, OH. She survives along with children, Keith (Pat) Armitage of Haskins, OH, Randy (Sandy) Armitage of Perrysburg, OH and Karen Armitage of Bloomdale, OH, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother, Jim Armitage of Grand Rapids, OH, sister, Pat Tienarend of Arcadia, OH, and sister-in-law, Evelyn Armitage of Monroe, MI. and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Susan, Ann and Sandy, and brother, Jack as well as brother-in-law Warren Tienarend.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Waterville First Presbyterian Church, 611 Farnsworth Rd. Waterville, OH. The family will receive guests at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to Peinert-Dunn Funeral Homes, Waterville, OH.
