Elizabeth E. Ackerson was born April 4, 1917 at Argusville, ND to Louis and Emma (Ohlson) Ackerson. She grew up in the Argusville and Amenia, ND area. She moved to Fargo in 1936. Betty worked at St. John’s Hospital for six years and then at Dakota Clinic for 22 years. She married Gordon Otto on June 29, 1964 at Amenia. They made their home in Lidgerwood, ND until returning to Fargo in 1982. Gordon died in 2000. She was a resident of Rosewood on Broadway in Fargo for the last few years.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband and siblings, Esther Bush, Albert Ackerson, Edmund Ackerson, Laverne Ackerson,
Funeral: Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 2 PM at West Funeral Home Chapel, West Fargo with visitation one hour prior.
