Willie was loved by all. He never met a stranger and enjoyed the outdoors. He went to Jefferson High School and did auto bodywork for ZZ Auto.
In addition to his mother he is survived by one son, William Thomas Goff, IV of Ranson, one brother, Joshua Frye of Charles Town, three sisters, Brieanna Hummer, of Shenandoah Junction, and Alexis and Deann Taylor, of Ranson, maternal grandmother, Barbara Ann Alger, paternal grandmother, Mary Ellen Goff, aunt, Iris Ann Custer, uncle John Alger all of Ranson, close friend, Liz Mock, and a host of other family and friends. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William T. Goff and Gary L. Alger.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2016 at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home with the Dr. Henry Christie officiating. Inurnment will be in the Edge Hill Cemetery
