Mrs. George Spiker

Mrs. Dora Ellen (Casto) Spiker, 73, wife of George Spiker, of 43 Blackiston Avenue, died yesterday afternoon at Sacred Heart Hospital where she had been a patient for about a week. She resided in Cumberland 43 years.

A native of Buckhannon, W. Va., she was born, October 23, 1878, a daughter of Mrs. Mary Frances (Crites) Casto and the late George David Casto.

Mrs. Spiker was a member of Grace Methodist Church. Surviving, other than her widower, are three sons, H. Clifford Spiker, John I. Spiker, and Reatus L. Spiker, all of this city; two daughters, Mrs. George V. Steele, and Mrs. Willard Riggs, both of the city.

Seven brothers, William Casto, Hoy Casto, Loy Casto, Wilson Casto, Granville Casto, Ralph Casto, and Reatus Casto; and a sister Mrs. Dana Fleming; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The body will remain at the Scarpelli Funeral Home.
