A son of Gene and Irene Hawkins Bollinger, he was born December 21, 1958 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was employed with Radio Station WLET for a number of years and later with the Stephens County Sheriff’s Department. He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Gene and Irene Bollinger of Toccoa; his wife of the home, Cynthia Randall Bollinger; two brothers and sister-in-law, Barry Bollinger of Baltimore, Maryland and Clayton and Yvonne Bollinger of Toccoa; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ray and Johnnie Randall of Toccoa; brother-in-law, Michael Randall and his wife Sandi of Toccoa; nieces and nephews, Kyle and Erica Helgeland, Andrew Randall, Cody Bollinger, Kimberly Holland, Barry Alex Bollinger and Brittany Mooney.
Memorial service will be Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 1 to 2 at Stephens Memorial Mausoleum
