Libby M. Wagner, 82, of Moosic, died Tuesday morning at Allied Skilled Nursing Center, Scranton. She was the widow of Kenneth M. Wagner, who died in 1995. The couple was married 42 years.

Born in Valley Falls, N.Y., daughter of the late Rev. Nicholas N. Musica and Helen Kellachow Musica, she was raised in the Nay Aug Village section of Dunmore, where she enjoyed a simple childhood with six siblings and developed a strong bond with friends that continued throughout her entire life. She was a graduate of Dunmore High School, worked at the Globe Store, Manhattan Shirt Co., Butler Casket and was former owner of Ken's Harness Shop at Pocono Downs. Her family was her life and she would help anyone who was in need. She was kind and loving and will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are a son, Kenneth C. Wagner and wife, Ellen, Moosic; a daughter, Lisa M. Evans and husband, Ron, Scranton; a sister, Betty Tinus, Scranton; brothers, Leonard Musica and wife, Dorothy, Merrit Island, Fla.; Nick Musica and wife, Susan, Neptune, N.J.; a sister-in-law, Edith Musica, Alabama; grandchildren, Jason L. Wagner, Nicole T. Wagner, Jordyn L. Ogonosky, Jesse J. Ogonosky and Melissa R. Evans; great-grandchildren, Carson and Emmie Wagner; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Eugenia Johnson and her husband, James; brothers, Ieron and Edward Musica; and a brother-in-law, Jacob Tinus.

The funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. in the Hickory Street Presbyterian Church, 435 Hickory St., Scranton, with services by the Rev. Clinton Randall, pastor. Interment will follow in Langcliffe Cemetery Avoca. Friends and family are asked to go directly to the church the morning of the funeral.
