Kevin James Church, 45 yrs, of Petersburg, died Friday February 24, 2017, in his residence. Friends may call at the Capaul Funeral Home, Ida Friday, March 3, 2017 from 11 AM-7 PM where a service will be held at 7 PM. Pastor Ben Hawes from Heritage Baptist Church will officiate. Private Burial will take place at a later date in Lulu Cemetery, Ida.
Born December 9, 1971, in Mt. Clemens, MI. Kevin was the son of Daniel and Donna (Summer) Church. He was a 1990 Ida High School Graduate who later got his Associates Degree in Arts through Monroe County Community College and The University of Toledo. He married Pamela Thomas on October 25, 2003 in Monroe, MI. Kevin was an Electrician for 25 yrs working at Milan Ford until it closed then worked at Ford Wayne Assembly. He was a member of Local 900 out of Wayne, MI. He loved old cars.
Survivors include: his wife, Pamela; parents, Daniel and Donna; two sons, Kevin Church II, Elijah Church; two brothers, Daniel (Iris) Church II, Brian (Sandra) Church and a nephew Daniel Church III.
