Born in Masardis, Maine, a son of the late Wallace J. and Effie M. (Snow) Fraser, he lived in Bangor, Maine, before moving to Rhode Island 38 years ago.
Mr. Frasier was also the warehouse manager for Sears Roebuck Co., Providence, when it opened for business. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Lincoln.
Besides his wife he leaves two daughters, Debra Phillips of West Hartford, Conn., and Valerie Valentine of Johnston; a stepdaughter, Jan Vallarine; a son, Daniel W. Fraser, both of Pawtucket; a sister, Charlene Tozier of Bangor, and three grandchildren. He was brother of the late Winona Hartley.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross St., Central Falls. Burial will be in Seekonk Cemetery.
