Carl Wayne "Dandy" Harrell, age 73, of Magnolia passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017. A son of the late Walter Talmage and Evelyn Wilson Harrell, Carl Wayne was born on November 18, 1943 in Hunter, Arkansas. He was united in marriage to Wanda Foster on November 7, 1961 in Brinkley, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Pat Woodson, Betty Ferrell and Norma Brann.
