Dorothy Fannie Plemons Lowe - age 74, of Lenoir City passed away suddenly Sunday morning, February 19, 2017, at her home. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
Dorothy worked as a custodian with Lenoir City Schools for many years and later at Baptist Health Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Lowe; parents, William Ernest Plemons and Sara Webster Plemons; brothers: Baxter, Walter, Dexter, Calvin, Virgil, and William “Curly” Plemons; sister, Martha Hill; nephew, David Watkins.

Dorothy is survived by her children, Hayward Lynn and wife, Misty, Kandi Elliott and Tim Woolard, Kendal Lowe; step-children and their spouses: Billy and Pam Lowe, Carolyn and Jerry Liford, Bonnie and G.W. Bass, Sarah and Doug Hooker , Judith and J.R. Day of Loudon; grand children: Erik Elliott and wife, Morgan, Chelsea Elliott, Tyler Lowe, Scarlett Finley, Madison, Mia, Martha and Marley Lynn; great- grandchildren: Olivia and Norah Elliott, and Lucas Ross along with several step-grandchildren; sisters, Alice Mills and husband, Jim, Aileen Watkins; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Phillip Martin officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 10:30 Thursday morning and proceed to Lakeview Cemetery for 11 a.m. graveside services and interment. Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
