Grace M. Dick, 79, of Clark Road, Everett, died Saturday May 8, 2004, at the home of her granddaughter in New Paris. She was born August 20, 1924, in Six Mile Run, a daughter of the late William and Amanda (Weist) Ritchey. On September 10, 1942, she married Charles R. Dick. He survives along with a son: sister: a niece raised at home with her,four grandchildren raised in her home: grandson: eight great-grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by infant sisters: Leila and Emma, infant brothers: Chester and Roy, and these brothers and sisters: Mabel, and husband Clarence Figard, Lloyd Ritchey, and wife Cora (Meck), John Ritchey and wife Dessie (Thomas); Bertha Ritchey, Ambrose Ritchey and wife Grace (Thomas); Boyd Ritchey and wife Zola (McDonald), Clyde Ritchey and wife Lenore (Stevenson), Gladys and husband Marshall Wright, Nora and husband Grant Clark. She was of the Methodist faith and a graduate of Defiance High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed baking, canning, gardening and mushroom hunting. She was a member of the Fairless Hills Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for m any years, was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary Chapter #12, and a member of the Everett VFW Post #2088 Ladies Auxiliary.
