Donna Jeane Haney, 78, Tonganoxie, passed away Wednesday February 22, 2017 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Funeral service will be 10:30am Saturday February 25, 2017 at the United Methodist Church, Tonganoxie. The family will receive friends from 9-10am at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow the funeral in Glenwood Cemetery, Basehor, KS.
Donna was born October 2, 1938 in Osawatomie, KS the daughter of James and Ruth (Davidson) Giles. She worked as a Para for both the Tonganoxie and Basehor School Districts. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Tonganoxie.
Survivors include; 3 daughters, Kristina Smith-Bixby, Shokopee, MN, Nancy Lanza, Tonganoxie, KS, Sue Walker, Tonganoxie, KS; 1 sister, Barbara Blythe, Platte City, MO; 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
