She is survived by 2 daughters, Lola Daniel and Glenda Bynum of Kirtland, NM; 2 sons, Verlin Butcher of Grand Saline, TX and Roger Butcher of Alma; 2 stepdaughters, Arlene Britton and Rita Schoonover; a stepson, Bill Pittman; 3 brothers, Delson Hawkins of Farmington, NM, Wayne Hawkins of Woodward, OK; and Marvin Hawkins of Alpena; 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Gage, Oklahoma and a homemaker. She was the widow of Glen Oliver Butcher and Art Pittman. Born April 20, 1916 in Alva, OK to the late Lon and Lola Welling Hawkins. Preceded in death by her daughter, Marla Kay Butcher and a step son, Don Pittman.
