DONNA JOYCE CARLIN, age 79, a resident of Singer, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, George Carlin, sons, Tommy Hall of DeQuincy, Jimmy Don Hall and wife, Rhonda of Moss Bluff, and daughter, LaDonna Batchelor and husband, Eddie of DeQuincy. She is also survived by nine step-children, four grandchildren, Brandon Hall and wife, Heather, LaDana Howard and husband, Lewis, Brittany Williams and husband, Tyler and Taylor Hall and wife Kari along with 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Horace Royer and Dorothy Gertrude Rion Royer and two brothers, Jimmy Royer and Wayne Royer
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 5 – 9:00 P.M. at The Pentecostal Church of DeQuincy. The funeral service will be on Friday, February 24, 2017 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at The Pentecostal Church of DeQuincy with Pastor Wayne Neyland officiating. Interment to follow at McFattter Masonic Cemetery, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
