Donna M. Zimmerman, 72, of Donaldson Road, Tremont, passed away Tuesday at the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown.
Born Oct. 10, 1944 in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Roy M. and June Zettlemoyer Zimmerman.
She was a 1962 graduate of Pine Grove High School and a seamstress and worked at the former Canoe and Fox Knapp Manufacturing, Pine Grove.
Donna was a member of the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, Pine Grove.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis H. Zimmerman; a daughter, Clara Zimmerman.
Surviving are three sons, John Zimmerman, Minersville, Jay and wife, Lisa Zimmerman, Pine Grove, and Matthew Zimmerman, Atlas; a daughter, Holly Zimmerman, York; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a brother, Roger Zimmerman and wife, Mary, Pine Grove.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. March 1 at H. L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, with Pastor Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a viewing at 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Schuylkill Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Pine Grove. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions in her memory be made to the American Cancer Society , 101 W. Frack St., Frackville, PA 17931.
