Larry D. Ellison, Sr., age 69, of Walbridge, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He was born on August 17, 1947 to Arnold and Allie (Brittan) Ellison in Middlesboro, Kentucky.
Larry was a graduate of Waite High School and married the love of his life, Brenda G. (Carter) on June 29, 1968 in Toledo and she survives. He was a self-employed painter for over 40 years, working most recently for Witzler-Shank Funeral Homes. Larry was a member and Sunday School Superintendent of Athens Missionary Baptist Church in Walbridge, a 33rd Degree Mason Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, past D.D.G.M. and D.E.O of the 11th Masonic District and Past Master of the Paragon Lodge #788.
Left to cherish Larry’s memory are his wife, Brenda; his children, Larry (Kerri) Ellison, Jr.,and Jennifer (Chad) Head; grandchildren, Max, Zack, Kortney, Wyatt, Cael and Wesley; sister, Linda (Stan) Weaver and nephew, Jeremy Weaver.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Allie Ellison.
