Jim is preceded in death by his parents: Jim and Bessie Ponder Fry and sister: Margarett Fry Tiner. He is survived by his loving children: Darrell Wayne Fry of Channelview, Texas and Terry Norman Fry and wife Lori of College Station, Texas; grandchildren: Connor Fry, Amy Fry, Chase Fry, Seth and wife Ashley Fry and Colin Fry; brother: James Fry and sister: Peggy Jackson.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm, with the funeral service to be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 9:30 am, in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. Jimmy will be laid to rest at 2:00 pm in Bennett Cemetery in Apple Springs, Texas.
