Jessica Ann Miller, 33, of Altoona formerly of Somerset, died Feb. 18, 2017 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. Born July 4, 1983 in Somerset, daughter of Theresa (Boyer) Hersh, of Somerset. Also survived by sister Jennifer Howard, and stepfather Anthony Hornbaker. She was a 2002 graduate of Somerset High School and she worked at Skills Workshop, Altoona.
