He was born April 6, 1939, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Albert and Lena Mae Crow.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Crow of Springfield, Missouri, two daughters
He is proceeded in death by his parents and sisters, Sylvia Matthews and Cora Jean Stinnett.
Tommy worked 27 years as an electrician at Alcoa in Bauxite, Arkansas. He shared the gift of life through organ/tissue donation.
