Janet M. Napier, 77, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 18, 2017. Janet was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 16, 1939. She enjoyed line dancing, playing pool and was an avid bowler. Janet had a deep love for animals and cared for many throughout the years. Her true passion was spending time with her family; especially her children and grandchildren.

Janet is survived by her children, Ruby Napier, Julie (Kenn) Crowell, and Edmund O. Napier Jr.; grandchildren, Jonell (Paul) Schott, Natalie Stockmaster, Kenny ( Gloria) Crowell, Erika (Geoff) Gill, Edmund M. Napier, Tiffany (Calvin) Kos, James (Amanda) Napier, and Crystal (Chad) Baxter; many great-grandchildren; siblings, twin sister, Joyce Herman, Anna Mae (Fred) Clark, Ginny (Gary) Goodlive, and John McCrary; along with many nieces, nephews, loving family members, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Della Artz; and sisters, Pauline and Helen.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Graveside Services will be conducted Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
