Richard "Rick" E Hook, age 64, of Frankton, passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Community Hospital in Anderson.
He was born in Elwood on June 9, 1952, to Hubert E. and Catherine Ann (Gilbert) Hook. Rick loved basketball especially the Pacers, Indiana University, and Butler. He loved playing golf with his grandson.
Rick is survived by his parents, Hubert and Catherine Hook, two daughters, Sossidy (Phil) Caldwell of Frankton, Shannon Hook of Kokomo, granddaughter, Phylissidy Caldwell, grandson, Eric Caldwell, granddaughter, Mazie Emmert, siblings, Howard (Julie) Hook, Fred (Judy) Hook, John (Debbie) Hook, Mary (Rick) Stafford, Ruth (Ken) Wiles, Doug (Brenda) Hook, Brad Hook, best friend Tim (Cathy) Stringer, and several nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Visitation will be held from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Dunnichay Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 4pm on Sunday at the funeral home with Jack Collier officiating.
