She was the beloved mother of two children, Anita and husband Theodore Freeman Sr. and Thomas Fowler. She also leaves three brothers, John Frank Fowler, Rocky Fowler, Kenneth and wife Charissa Fowler and three sisters Lorraine and husband James Busby, Barbara Fowler and Cynthia Fowler.
She was a retiree of Pratt & Whitney.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, February 24th at Greater Faith Church, 31 Prospect Avenue, West Hartford, CT. Calling Hours 11:00 am and Funeral Service 12:00 pm
