He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. A sociable man, Pete enjoyed engaging friends and associates in conversation. For many years, he successfully sold construction tools and equipment in New England and in Canada. In addition, relying on his sales experience, he tirelessly assisted his daughters with fundraisers for school, and with his brother John, for the traumatically brain injured of Connecticut. Peter still had time to devote to coaching girls' softball, caring for his landscape, playing golf, softball, and tennis.
Besides his wife, Susan, he is survived by his daughters, Kathryn "Kate" Clark, and Robin Galeota and her husband, Jeremy Galeota; he also leaves two endearing grandchildren, Lauren, and Oliver "Ollie" Galeota; a brother, Randall "Randy" Clark and his wife Carla; a sister, Elizabeth "Buffy" Bisbee and her husband Daniel, and many nieces and nephews who fondly remember their Uncle Pete.
He was predeceased by his older brother, John T. Clark.
Pete's family appreciates all the love and support from family, friends, and the CNA's who cared for him throughout his prolonged illness.
