Edward Bequette, 28, formerly of Farmington, a son of Walter Bequette and the late Myrtle Byington Bequette, was born in St. Louis Aug. 28, 1941, and died at St. Louis County Hospital June 8, 1970.

He is survived by his widow, Sue Douglas Bequette of Houston, Missouri; three children by a former marriage, Eddie, Patty and Pam, of the home in St. Louis. Also surviving are his five sisters, Katie (Mrs. Virgil Doggett) of Defiance, Esther (Mrs. Marvin Eaton) of Lemay, Helen (Mrs. Lee Newburger) of St. Ann, Mary (Mrs. Dean Cunningham) of Villa Ridge, Dorothy (Mrs. Bob Messerly) of Eureka; four brothers, Russell of Overland, Earl of Lemay, Richard of St. Louis and Robert of Eureka; several uncles, aunts, numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church. Funeral services were Wednesday, June 10, at 2 p.m. at Cozean Funeral Chapel with the Rev. J. Loren Jolly officiating.
