Born on September 10, 1951 in Palmer, Nebraska, Leonard was the son of the late Leonard Lautenschlager and the late Edna Reimers Lautenschlager.
He is survived by his children: Michelle Lautenschlager, Lonnie Lautenschlager, Leonard Lautenschlager III, and Mary Nez; brothers: Leslie and Larry Lautenschlager; and sister: Lois Lautenschlager.
